The price for each personalized book is $19.99 USD. Prices are subject to change, but any changes will not affect orders already placed.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for the amount specified.

4.3 Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products, refunds are generally not available once a book has been generated. However, if you experience technical issues or are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will review your case on an individual basis.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Coin Tales or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, including photos and character information. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and incorporate your content into the personalized books we create for you.

5.3 Generated Books

Once you purchase a book, you receive a license to use, print, and share that book for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the book for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or inappropriate content
• Upload content that infringes on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

7. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate book content. While we strive for accuracy and appropriateness, AI-generated content may contain errors or may not always meet your expectations. We are not liable for the specific content generated, though we will work with you to address any concerns.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coin Tales shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
